A visual Mock-up to review a potential website layout. This process helps to ensure we get EXACTLY what you want prior to beginning the task of turning images and text into a functional coded website. Once a visual Mock-up is decided and agreed upon a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to begin the next step which is the coding process. Depending on the required functionality for the website the coding process will take between one week to three weeks to complete. Once the coding is completed the website is presented to you the client for review. This is where any changes or adjustments will be made. Once the site is tested and all revisions or requests are made and completed a "Congratulations Document" is issued to the client and signed by both the client and Dehanse Web Solutions which signifys the job's completion. At this point in time the balance is due. There is a $45.00 returned check fee. If payment is not received within 30 days a late fee of $25.00 will be applied. If payment is not received within 60 days the website will be dismantled with NO refund available. Aproximately 30 days prior to the expiration date of your web site agreement an email, and or snail mail will be sent informing you of the expiration giving you an option of renewing or canceling service with Dehanse Web Solutions.
